PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

The JolieMiss Parties take pride in providing exclusive, quality merchandise. Some featured items may be available only in limited quantities or only while supplies last. Once an item is out of stock, we will either post a message that it is "out of stock" or attempt to remove it promptly from display on the JolieMiss Website. Display of an item on the Site does not guarantee that it is currently in stock or that it will be available in the future. PRICING

Except where noted otherwise, the listed price displayed for products on the JolieMiss Website represents the full retail product price identified on the product hang-tag. Prices displayed on the JolieMiss Website are quoted in U.S. currency and are valid and effective only in the United States. Prices are subject to change at any time and the listed price may or may not represent the prevailing price in every location where JolieMiss products are available, on any given day.

Please note that the JolieMiss Parties are unable to confirm the price of an item until after you place your order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. If however, your credit card is inadvertently charged, you will promptly receive a credit to your card for the erroneously charged amount. Despite our best efforts, a small number of items shown on the Site may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

PRODUCT INFORMATION, DISPLAY AND COLORS

The JolieMiss Website makes every reasonable effort to provide you with accurate product information and to display as accurately as possible the colors, textures or details of the Site's available products.
